At Color Image Studio, we understand that life happens and plans may change. While we do not offer refunds for appointments, we’re happy to help you reschedule.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us at hello@colorimagestudio.com. This ensures we can adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling without an additional fee.

To ensure the most accurate and transformative experience during your color analysis, please follow these guidelines:
No Makeup: Arrive with a clean, bare face to allow us to see your natural complexion.
No Color-Correcting Contacts: Avoid wearing lenses that alter your natural eye color.
No Tinted Lotions or Tanning Beds: Refrain from using these products for at least two weeks before your appointment to maintain your skin’s natural tone.
